My Story

Some Doors, Once Opened, Can Never Be Closed

Looking back, it all makes perfect sense…

I've always been psychic — I just didn't know it yet.

Growing up, I was surrounded by a belief in the paranormal, but mediumship? That was firmly off the table — written off as fraudulent. And yet something quietly called to me. I began my spiritual journey through tarot, then Reiki, each step pulling me a little closer to something I couldn't quite name. Eventually, curiosity won out and I signed up for a mediumship course.

What happened next changed everything.

There I was on an introductory Zoom class with a lady I had never met, knowing nothing about her — and yet information about her husband who had passed began to come through. I wasn't guessing. I wasn't performing. Something real was happening, and I knew it. My mind blew wide open. I was invited to join a closed development circle and began to train in earnest.

In the years since then I've completed many courses, workshops, and training circles, learning from and alongside some truly incredible mediums. My highlight? A week's residential at the Arthur Findlay College — the real-life Hogwarts of the spiritual world — where I lived and breathed mediumship for seven immersive days.

I can honestly say that the more I work with Spirit, the more I love it. I have come to understand that a good medium never stops developing — when you work with Spirit, they always have more to teach you.

I also have a lifelong bond with animals. Looking back, I realise I've always been able to connect with and understand them in ways I couldn't explain — that was animal communication, long before I had a name for it.

I have always had pets and ridden horses, and as I developed my animal communication I volunteered my services to my local Cats Protection League and a ex-racing greyhound rehoming charity. It was there that I met River, my greyhound. The moment I connected with her, I burst into tears — moved by her beautiful soul. I knew I couldn't walk away, and I knew she was meant to be a healing dog.

River is now a fully qualified therapy dog, and together we visit a local primary school where children sit, read her stories, and stroke their worries away. It's one of the things I'm most proud of.

Away from Spirit Led Healing, I'm a wife and mum to four wonderful young children, and I share my home with River and our very regal Cornish Rex cat, Lord Montague — Monty for short.

Everything I do — whether that's mediumship, tarot, or animal communication — comes from a place of genuine care, honesty, and a deep desire to bring comfort, clarity, and connection.

I have so far lived a colourful life full of adventures, twists and turns, and I've accumulated a wealth of lived experience that I know Spirit draws on to support others through my work.

I hold no judgement for the journey that has brought you to my door. My goal is for every client to feel seen, supported, and lifted. I always trust Spirit, and I work only ever in Light & Love.

I hope to have the privilege of working with you soon.
